That, my friend, is a man hanging, suspended in mid air, by two large hooks inserted into the flesh over his shoulder blades. Oh, the things we can do with our bodies!
It appears to be a person being suspended by two hooks thru the skin of his back... Can't really imagine those being thru his front.
That gruesome picture is of one of the practices that these freaks like to inflict on each other.
That is supposedly a live person hanging from hooks imbedded in the flesh of their back.
Just another form of body mutilation, which shows how you can form a 'church' around any perverse activity.

It appears to be someone hanging on hooks from their shoulder blades ... Believe i read recently about kids doing this as some sort of "spiritual" or physical "enlightenment."
It looks like part of the O-Kee-Pa, an warrior initiation ritual of the Mandan Indians in the early 1800's.
After the skewers were inserted behind the muscles, the initiate would be hoisted from the floor with heavy weights tied to the legs. They were then spun to unconsciousness.
Someone must have revived the practice.
