When I choose my overseas vacations after my kids leave the house in 13 or so years ( they are 6 and 4 years old now), Australia will be on the top of my list.

If any Aussies should happen to read this, this American says thank you from the bottom of his heart, and not just for this latest bit of support. Australia often gets short shrift as an ally of America, but in fact the land Down Under has been our truest friend. Truer than Canada, truer even than Great Britain, Australia has is our ally as much as France is our enemy, and that's a lot. Thanks, mates. I think I'll take my next vacation in Australia.
