He actually thinks the Novus Ordo in the vernacular is a good thing. All of the Novendiales Masses were in the vernacular, so far as I'm aware. Significantly, both of public Masses celebrated by Cardinal Ratzinger -- the funeral Mass and the Missa pro Eligendo -- were in Latin. Fair warning.
