You shouldn't associate the "Hitler Jugend" with the criminal divisions you state. The Hitler Youth didn't start out as part of the Nazi War Machine....but eventually was incorporated as a means of necessity...they started out doing rebuilding projects and farming and the likes...not as brain washed killers....
