My dad did business with him in Midland. He says that W actually loves for people to "misunderestimate" him.

I am rooting for your synopsis. However, these RINOS don't seem at all intimidated at the prospect of a White House retribution. Something is really lacking either in the Senate leadership or they are not on the same page as Pres Bush and have gotten what they really wanted by an indirect method. I am to the point of wondering how many Republican tails are wagging the White House pooch.
