I am so happy that Ratzinger was elected for several reasons. He is the most senior, the most intellectual, and the most qualified. I was concerned that the politically correct BS will even pressure the church: as in electing younger dude, or black dude, or south American dude - mind you not as qualified but as we do in this country with AFFIRMITIVE ACTION!
