Personally, I'm just not that much of a prophecy person. There are always correlations that can be made, and of course, I believe in the Old Testament prophecies of the Messiah, Jesus ... but in terms of "private revelation," I'm reminded of something St. Catherine Laboure mentioned when something she had predicted didn't happen: "Well, I just got it wrong!"
I'm not one for prophecies myself, but the way the world is going, there just might be something to it.
