Serious question, What problems have ever been solved or made at least better by actions from the Democratic party? How far back will we have to go to answer this?

The black vote really doesn't matter anymore. They always vote for the Dems who give them goodies for votes and will contimue to do so....

Fortunately, more and more working non-black Americans are beginning to vote on the basis of issues and candidates rather than just for handouts.
