Never let a liberal do a story about you. If anyone is shocked by this picture, then how many times can one person be shocked?
IT seems conservatives can never stop being shocked at how diabolical the Left is. Just wake up and realize they are our enemy and seek to destroy us!

Coulter used to help write the nation's laws. Now she is far more powerful: she helps set the nation's tone Good grief. She's funny! These people are lost.

True, true, true. Diabolical and perfidiious aptly describe the left. True believers and hateful fanatics.

I understand that Clouds story is relatively unbiased.

I think this is a compliment.

I think the left underestimates the customers who enjoy all this scary, powerful right wing stuff. I read Ann Coulter because she makes me laugh. She doesn't set any tone. You know why she gets to be on radio talk shows? Because people love her. Why? Because she's fun. She doesn't pull punches. She has a sharp sense of humor. She is on top of the issues (I hesitate to say "on top" about Ann; might drive some of her more afflicted worshippers into fits!)
Anyway, I guess I shouldnt be surprised by writers taking writers too seriously.

they are our enemy and seek to destroy us! Yet some would have us believe that they are simply misguided and can be accommodated.

I am going to the library today to get some of her books. I'll get all 4 if they have em. I haven't read any. I read her columns online.

I agree the picture is pretty bizarre. But as far as I can tell, the story is actually fair. Certainly at least fairer than I would've expected from anyone in the MSM.
People forget, Time was once the magazine that hired and maintained Whittaker Chambers. One should not assume them to always take the hard-left position, cause they really don't. Newsweek is another story.

I don't think it's about waking up to see new things we did not know about. Most informed conservatives live in reality and see this as typical. We must continue to be outraged at the outrageous to keep perspective. As soon as we see everything as the status quo we are unlikely to do something or even discus it.

It's not unlike the Clinton photo. Wide angle lens used to create distortion (does the MSM do anything else). Should have taken a photo in profile (and compared it to the staff at time).

You know what? They made her legs look extra long and thin, and whatever size her head is, she looks beautiful as does her hair. Showing off a woman as having long thin legs is not a negative portrayal. The flap about this picture is nonsense. And it's quite amazing they put Ann on their cover and apparently gave her a decent article.

"Is it just me or did they photograph Ann making her head look big?" wrote one fan on an Internet bulletin board. "It seems out of proportion to the rest of her toned body. Reminds me of the O.J. picture." I read this very comment yesterday here on FR.

I read these exact comments on an Ann Coulter/Time Magazine thread over the weekend. This article is quoting FReepers!
