When Governor Ehrlich, the first Republican governor in 3 decades, told his staff not to talk to two members of the Baltimore Sun staff, because they had fabricated stories about him and the lieutenant governor, the Sun sued him - for infringing their First Amendment right to "free speech."
They lost in court!
They apparently invaded Free Republic and lied about who they were.
