It's really too bad that no brilliant pro-life constitutional lawyer helped the Schindlers out. I do think that with the right representation, they would have found relief through a claim that their daughter's constitutional rights were violated.

Where were the great ones? Where was Mark Levin?

Did the best simply not want to involve themselves, or did the Schindler team turn them down? Maybe the greatest disservice to Terri was done by the circus atmosphere that always accompanies Randall Terry and Jesse Jackson.

I am being kind enough to not drag your boss into this.

Yes, you have demonstrated clearly in recent days what an incredibly kind soul you are. /sarcasm

But I don't have a boss, sorry.

I saw a couple of the "culture of life" lawyers say they had poor representation on many issues. I wonder if maybe they were difficult to work with or if their involvement with some of the fringes such as Randall Terry made some of the more legit "culture of life" expert lawyers either stay away or be forced away by the Schindlers or the folks they got in bed with to promote this.

You seem to think having the Great One speak would have made a difference?

Greer spoke. And no other court would interfere with the blind judges decision.

As far as MY BOSS goes, HE has the final say!! You never mess with 'one of HIS own'. That is why HE is the ALMIGHTY! Venegence is Mine, says The Lord. The trash on this earth can kill, rob and destroy and hide behind some man-made law and thus claim justice. - but life here is short - eternity is forever. What you sow, you reap - NO getting around that.

Doesn't matter who believes that or not - IT WILL NOT CHANGE for IT IS WRITTEN.
