A girl falls into a well. This well -- Terri's, was one that many people stood around with ropes and ladders. You call them a circus. People such as you went to the Judge and ordered a peace. Like you, they didn't want the "circus". The Judges so agreed; the police enforced a peace achieved by pouring concrete down the well, girl and all.
The concrete hardened.
All peaceful now. All quiet.
