Keep the focus anywhere but on the soundness of the bridge construction. Lehane's involvement is almost enough for me to want the foundations torn out and started over.

That they only tested five of thirty-two columns in but one assembly is worrisome. In order to prove a negative with regard to the other columns (now wrapped in concrete), why not test them all?
