I find it to be just fascinating that you're so convinced about Michael Jackson's guilt, and at the same time you shill for Michael Schiavo's innocence.
In the one thread you're all about the appearance of guilt (Jackson) about which you have little court-related evidence, and thus he is GUILTY.
On the other thread you're all about the court-mandated 'facts' of the case, (which were never revisited, despite a federal order for a 'de novo' review), and you dismiss out-of-hand the appearance of guilt that attaches itself to Michael Schiavo as brainless speculation.

You're absolutely right about pedophiles not preying on solidly nuclear families. They have an uncanny instinct for finding unstable families - often where the parents are in the midst of a divorce, or headed that way- and they take advantage of the situation.
Also, a stable nuclear family wouldn't allow their kid to sleep with Michael Jackson.

absolutely, the same for crime in general. People don't murder in broad daylight. So OJ Simpson wants credit for nobody seeing him do it. Ray Carruth wanted credit for the guy he hired to shoot his girlfriend being a lowlife. Of course the guys who testify to being part of a crime are not nice guys. If they were nice guys they would not have helped the criminal, and if they were fine upwardly mobile types they would not have been hanging around on skid row when some crime got committed to be a witness. All the nonsense regarding Mark Fuhrman and Phil VanNatter not being the kind of guys the jurors liked. The leader of the local NAACP does not investigate murders.

I agree with you completely. If I were on this jury, the best that Jackson & his elegant defense team could possibly achieve would be a hung jury, because I'd never vote for an acquittal. This guy has been a sexual predator for 15 years (that we know of). It is going to be outrageous, if he walks........or dances away on top of his latest SUV. He'll just continue to destroy young boys and entire families, as he has already done.
The fact that this mother is odd, colorful, changeable, unstable, peculiar, loquacious........i.e. not "to the manor born" or educated at Wellesley College, like the Slickster, Killery.........doesn't have a thing to do with Michael Jackson's guilt.
Peach, you got it exactly right. The pedophile (client) finally goes on trial, and his magician lawyers have a field day "proving" that the accusers are all big-time liars, because they're all odd, unstable, dysfunctional people! I hope this jury is smarter than the O.J. jury was.
