My wife has a 26 year old cousin that lives in Dallas and is WORTHLESS. She was approached and agreed to a marriage to a Saudi in which she receives $400 a month and a cell phone to contact the "hubby" in case officials come to her government subsidized apartment.
I called the FBI office in Dallas, the woman I spoke with was less than concerned.

OMG! Are you serious.
I have a similarly weird situation. A highschool friend married a shady, mean character from Morocco. She doesn't get paid but there are alot of weird "going ons" in that there relationship.
