I thought this review from a Windows person would be an interesting addition to the Mac vs. PC debate. I'll be getting the family-pack version of Tiger when it comes out.

Though it is marketed by Apple as a major release, Tiger is in fact a minor upgrade with few major new features for end users...
Oh, come on, Paul. If SP2 was a major release, Tiger is sure as hell a major release--and it comes with more new features than SP2. Unless we're counting security patches as features now...

I would like to know why he sold the 17" PowerMac G4 with one gig of memory. That is what I have.
One feature of the Macs which I have not see emphasized is that they will work on any power available in the developed world if you can plug into it.

...Image Writer II printer...I sure do miss those. I love the sound that dot-matrix printers make. And on the highest quality setting, the finished output is almost as good as that of an inkjet as long as you stick to text. (Much slower, though.)
I ought to buy one off eBay.
