Pardon Citizens not "illegal aliens"
by an American Patriot
April 12, 2005

The Constitution for the United States and it's citizens states the President "shall have power to grant reprieves and pardons for offenses against the United States." If the President and Congress would pardon its CITIZENS being held in federal prisons for minor violations of the law, i.e., "possession" of marijuana, perhaps there would be room to hold coyotes, "drug smugglers" and "illegal aliens" that are potential terrorists and a deadly threat to this country. But instead, the United States deports "illegal aliens" and what it calls "street gangs" back to their country after they learn the layout of the land. MS-13 is not a "street gang" it is a militant group with ties to al Quaeda -- deportation should really put the fear in them!

Not only are these "illegal aliens" not treated as real threats against the security of "our" country, the President wants to legalize these "illegal aliens" that are farm workers by day through the worker permit program. Presidential hopeful Senator John Kerry, stated "I supported and was prepared to vote for amnesty from 1986. And it is essential to have immigration reform. Anyone who has been in this country for five or six years, who's paid their taxes, who has stayed out of trouble, ought to be able to translate into an American citizenship immediately, not waiting."

If our government doesn't know who these "illegal's" are, where they are or what their 'crimes' were in their native country, how can they be so sure what their real purpose is in "our" country or what they do when not in the field? Even terrorists have a "day job." Legalizing 'illegals' who have not gotten caught is not the same thing as those that have "stayed out of trouble" -- "illegal immigration" is a crime not a privilege and citizenship in our country requires more than residence, it requires an oath of allegiance and denouncement of ones native country.

I believe the Presidents pardon powers are only intended for the citizens of our country, not the "illegal invaders" that the government has a Constitutional duty to repel.

The feds lease out space in state and county prisons to hold immigration detainees.

The problem in enforcing immigration law isn't a lack of prison space. It's a lack of poltical will.

that's probably because 'illegal aliens' don't live in their neighborhoods or threaten their jobs. The courts are granting 'illegal' aliens the privileges of citizenship -- I'll bet if these 'illegals' started to run for Congressional offices, our immigration problems would be over.

The majority of Congress doesn't care about the rights of the people ... fraud on the court and fraud against the American people by judges is 'okay' and we have Congressmen defending the "rights" of judges even though they have none. But voter fraud is actively attacked because it threatens a Congressman's life

Congressmen will defend their party, but not the rights of the people

CHRISTINE ROMANS, CNN CORRESPONDENT (voice-over): The majority of the convicts in this Tucson prison have entered this country illegally, committed crimes here, and are now incarcerated at taxpayer expense. At $53 a day for each illegal alien, with nearly 4,000 criminals in all, that's a price tag of $77 million a year. Arizona thinks Washington should pay. The state got only $6 million in federal funds for criminal aliens last year, and recently sent the U.S. attorney general a bill for the rest, reasoning if the federal government can't keep criminals out, it should pay the cost when illegal aliens land in jail. Dora Schriro runs Arizona's prisons.

Follow the money. If the feds had to pay for all incarcerated illegals, there'd be a howling from DC that you'd hear from the moon, and our leaky borders would get attention. As long as it remains a problem here and there in other (far away), states, as long as the average American thinks he isn't being hit in the wallet, this will continue unabated. (Or unless some terrorist blows up LA after crossing from Mexico. Even then, the MSM will blame the admin....with some justification...and the VRWC.)

I can't wait to hear the Supreme Court consider what foreign laws have to say about all this. National sovereignty, what's that? Gone with the wind.
