Will do...I finally pulled together all the info required fer me to file an extension. You know, I'll be writing a check fer over $28,000 fer Capital Gains in 2004...SHEEEESH and double-SHEEESH!! Fortunately, when we finish these two properties we're renovating, I'll be getting back about $14K in Historic Tax Credits...WOO-HOOO!!
