You know . . . if they want real professionals, I know some marines who are just itching for a fight. They're cheap, too. They'll pick a fight with anyone for a fifth of anything.
I do believe changes need to happen but the best procedure has yet to be designed, and whatever is decided will not be pleasing to all concerned.
