More on Dr Lull...
Very interesting link...
And, after 9-11, we added certain radiological terrorism concerns to our activities. We have certainly been busy!
Dr. Robert Lull and I have been busy trying to avert an antinuclear activist scheme that would transfer byproduct material responsibility from RHB to Cal-EPA, and firing Ed Bailey (the RHB Director) and his senior health physicists in the process. The antinuke activists would then dictate policy to Cal-EPA, and you can imagine the morass that would result. It looks like we will be successful in keeping RHB intact. However, as they are going to run out of funding before the end of the year, don't be surprised to see an increase in User Fees.
