Someone (Cindy I think) posted about it earlier. On last night's Portland, OR news they said that facility had a somewhat spotty OSHA/accident record. Four incidents in the last 15 years if I recall correctly. Although nothing of this magnitude. The aerial photos of the area were wild; quite the explosion.
