Well, according to a History instructor at a local junior college – who happens to be a California Catholic married to an ex-Texas Baptist, Catholics don’t go to heaven when they die – they go to purgatory.

That’s not me saying it – that’s the Catholic that said it. Not being Catholic, I wouldn’t know one way or other. But, if true, he’s technically correct, I guess.
