IMHO, Archeologists should be required to rebury everything in the exact same position as they dug it up. They're messing up the historical record for future generations.

Since archeologists became "more equal" than the rest of us they have not been my favorite people; on the one hand.
On the other hand, having American indians lay claim to all previous peoples to have inhabited the Americas has as much validity as me (or anyone else) claiming ownership and control over the moon.
Making something a law makes it neither legal, ethical or moral.
If things were that simple, I am sure I can get a majority (once things are explained to them) of current Americans to dump every activist indian in the middle of the Pacific Ocean.
