I think he should go. I recommend he hold a press conference to announce he is leaving the GOP to the Constitution Party (or any 3rd party he likes) and will be running for President in 2008. As to his House seat? He will leave that to the voters of his district. If an impeached judge can hold a seat in Congress (which is an unconstitutional act by the way) I see no reason he should give up more than his place at the GOP table.
