Seriesly,
Do the following and never run Norton again.

1. Use Trendmicro online free scanner.
2. Do not use outlook express for email--OR just never open attachments.
3. Do not go to nasty sites.

I will never run norton again.
I'll have a look see at Trendmicro.I never open mail from people I don't know. And I never go to nasty sites. Well, I did once by mistake. I was looking for articles on slavery. I guess I wasn't specific enough and an S&M site came up. I high-tailed it outta there the second I saw the whips.

It doesn't matter if you know them. Nice people get viruses and send them too. If ANYONE sends you email with an attachment you need to be careful. You may take the addtional precaution of setting outlook express to not allow any attachments. If you do open an email that had an attachment, or felt compelled to open an attachement because it was entitled, "Cute Kitty", then simply scan using Trendmicro right after just to be sure you are still virus free. As for your adventures in browsing, other keywords to avoid are, "whips", "chains", "leather", and "cute kitty". Happy computing!
