My wife loves to eat chicken (and duck) feet. I've tried them, they're ok, but I won't go out of my way to eat them. The ones in your picture are uncooked. When cooked they look less unappetizing.
I would certainly hope that's the case. I don't see how they could possibly be made more unappetizing. :=)
