I was VERY sure. But I was wrong. Back child support is a different matter, though... If you had no assets, that might be a way to get rid of some of your back taxes. However, any assets you had would be used by the court to pay off creditors.

I was there. Rented my home, owed more on my car than it was worth. The only asset I had was a very high paying job. A divorce and years of massive child support and maintenence led to the condition.
It's almost too easy. 8^>
