Savage was an ridiculous last night.

He might think his "hush bimbo" is cute, but I interpret it as sheer jealousy on the part of a bantamweight who can't deal with the heavyweight in the room, so he has to badmouth him. And it is so ignorant and adolescent....schoolyard stuff.

Savage is a charlatan.

Sometimes he can be but mostly he is right on.

I still like Rush but I am so tired of all the phony stuff that Savage is the only one that interests me lately.

All this middle of the road craziness drives people over the edge. Sometimes I feel crazy like Savage.

Savage lost me when he threw his immature fit about XM radio and stopped letting XM broadcast his show. I don't know how he thinks he can be competitive when he isn't heard in a majority of US markets.

XM was one way for him to be heard, but I guess he doesn't care so much about his message.

What seems to be forgotten is...........Rush is partly responsible for the 1994 Republican victories in the House and Senate and....similar moves in each State...since then.

Unfortunately, many of those "conservatives" riding coat tails believe that they are "independent" and have no obligation to the conservative revolution....

I agree with you. Its just delusional to perceive Rush and Savage as rivals, as players in the same league, or that there's some kind of repartee going on between them. Its one way: Savage is throwing out bait, trying to lure Rush into an internecine battle in order to boost his own ratings. Its a lame strategy for someone who is supposedly so brilliant. If Rush, as some are claiming, listens to Savage, it begs the question: why would Rush listen to Savage rather than those competitors who have a much BIGGER audience?
