abuse of power is abuse of power no matter who does it. Be it Jeb, Reno or Clinton. Just because we don't agree with a law doesn't give us the right to flaunt it like the liberals do. We just have to change that law in which we disagree with.

Congress ordered the federal courts to review the Schaivo case, and received the middle finger in the process. If there's any abuse of power, it is with these judges who legislate from the bench.

Jeb Bush had the authority to take action under the Florida Constitution. Instead he sat back and did nothing. Totally agree with ServesURight, I wouldn't vote for him for President even if his opponent was Carter.

It's a good thing you weren't around during the Revolution. Had the patriots listened to you ramble on about the need to obey King George laws, we'd still be speaking with a British accent.
