Congress ordered the federal courts to review the Schaivo case, and received the middle finger in the process. If there's any abuse of power, it is with these judges who legislate from the bench.

I think this far from the next presidential election we should actually encourage all the media hysteria over Hillary running for president. At the rate the media is hyping her, people will be so sick of hearing about her by 2008 and she will be lucky to even make it through the primaries.
