Mike Pence is the sole reason GWB's guest worker program isnt law.As you know it would and will pass the Senate.Pence,in his role as RSC chair has said that any guest worker program that doesnt respect the rule of law is a nonstarter.He has said the house conservatives will not support it

I just hope he's ready to make it a strong campaign issue - not just being against Bush's amnesty, but being for effective border security.
