Good thing all that got worked out before Prop 200 in AZ. was written so that the will of the people cannot be subverted by a judges broad interpretation of a severability clause. Live and learn.

We'll see.

I have no doubt that you and the other FOQNAs would like to see Prop. 200, and any decision voted on by the people of this country, being over-ruled by liberal judges, or subverted by another nation's complaint in an International Tribunal.

It doesn't matter the leanings of the particular judge, it WILL be found unconstitutional. The proposal is not consistent with the supreme law of the country. Nothing more, nothing less.
