And I wonder what the anti file-sharing Nazis here on Free Republic have to say about that. After all, if it isn't okay to download songs off KaZaa, then how is it any different scoffing free tunes from your buddies?
Anyway, I have most of the songs mentioned here on my iPod with about 7,400 others. No doubt about it, the iPod is the greatest consumer product of the 21st Century so far. My entire music library is on the go, anywhere, anytime I want it.
If they took time to read the column, they don't have a thing to say:
Bush, as leader of the free world, does not take the time to download the music himself; that task falls to his personal aide, Blake Gottesman, who buys individual songs and albums, including greatest hits by Jones and Jackson, from the iTunes music store.
And if copyright laws weren't rewritten every couple of years to suit corporate interests, many of those songs would be public domain already.
