IF our Constitution does NOT APPLY/PROTECT/HAVE MERIT, for ONE of us, then WHY would it have VALUE for the REST OF US??????

If you haven't read this, it explains it in great detail, especially the Dred Scott article he wrote. The only people in this country as US citizens that are going to have a "right to life" and "due process" are going to be criminals.
