Your point might be valid if "muslim" and "islam" were racial or ethnic categories. But they're not. One CHOOSES to be an adherent of islam.

Which is why I included group as the third category so as to address druists, wikkians, rats,...those type of communities of people who volunteered to belong. I guess I should have used a different, more defining word.
