Insurance fraud? Money laundering?

Where did Michael and his "fiancee", Jody got that kind of money?

Ohioan -- I noticed you have a Terri PING list, I am sure people would want to see this.

It's time for an investigation.

MICHAEL SCHIAVO's private Insurance company
JERGER & CENTONZE INSURNACE AGENCY, INC.
Notice how 'insurance' is conveniently misspelled and his squeeze's name is misspelled, too

Jerger & Centonze Insurance Agency, Inc., 2807 Marrie Ct., Clearwater, FL
Agency possibly purchased as part of The Jerger Co., Inc., Pinellas Park, FL by Philadelphia Consolidated Holding Corp. for $40 million, 1999.
Michael R. Schiavo listed as a director in 2002, with same address as above.
Corp. listed as inactive.
This address is listed as owned by Jodi A. Centonze in Pinellas County appraisers records.
Richard M. Jerger, Jr., stockholder in Philadelphia Consolidated Holding Corp, sold 2902 shares of stock in July,2001 for $102,933

Why would this HUGE company buy Jerger-Centonze for $40M? Were they that successful?

"July 16, 1999 Phila. Consolidated buys Jerger

Philadelphia Consolidated Holding Corp. closed on the purchase of a Florida-based group of personal lines specialty insurance companies, a cash and stock deal valued at over $40 million. A commercial lines specialty underwriter, Philadelphia Consolidated bought The Jerger Co. Inc. of Pinellas Park, Florida, and its subsidiaries. The buy brings Philadelphia Consolidated about $70 million of mobile home, homeowners property and casualty and floor insurance premiums. Besides $20 million in cash and more than 1 million shares of stock, Philadelphia Consolidated agreed to a $5 million additional payment, depending on how well the new businesses perform. "

There's SOMETHING going on here, can't quite put a finger on it. But, it just doesn't 'smell right'.

"George Felos also forgot to tell the court that at the time that Terri Schiavo was unlawfully entered into the Hospice of Florida Suncoast Inc. that the federal government was actively trying to recover nearly $15 million paid to the corporation in a fraudulent Medicare payments because patients certified as terminally ill were not in fact terminally ill and ineligible to be admitted to the Hospice under Medicare."

Nita, do you have 'critical thinking' you'd care to add?

Yes, where did the money come from. I had suggested to the FBI that they should do a RICO investigation on the hospice, Mickey, Felos, Geer and they should also investigate the insurance company Mickey's ho owns. I bet there is not only insurance fraud but wire and mail fraud involved.

MS got a 1.2 millon dollar settlement and his baby mama was in a car accident before they met. Not sure what kind of settlement was reached in her personal injury claim. Some major bucks have been floating around somewhere....don't know.
