i'm not going to defend the poster's infanticism over certain words but the whole article could have been well written and just as effective w/o bringing germany's problems into the picture.
a comparison of what is happening in our courts to nazi germany is a completely separate matter than the thrust of the article (which pulled together 200+ years of history to try and explain what was wrong).
OK can you give me another example in history when certain "undesirable" citizens were put to death because of their infirmities, excluding the current euthanasia movement in the Netherlands?
