CAMDEN -- An appellate court Friday upheld the Superior Court of New Jerseys decision not to charge Robert Edward "Weedman" Forchion with refusing to comply with an order to supply DNA samples to police.
Forchion, a frequent candidate for office, a Rastafarian by faith and a pro-legalization marijuana activist,said he was elated when he got the news Saturday.
"I am happy. Now I dont have to supply a DNA sample," Forchion said.

Not many people are holy enough to need a burlap sack to carry their sacrament.
I am not sure how I feel about this- you leave your fingerprints all over the place by accident, and (if you are not too grossed out to think about it) you leave DNA 'samples' many places too- if you catch my drift.
