We don't need these things eating our smallmouth bass and other species. If this guy has a beef with some tree hugger down in the D.C. area, he should confine his tactics to that specific locale. We who live in RED western Maryland should not have to pay the price. By the way, I agree with Mr. Gardner in theory,(against the enviro-whackos') he just doesn't realize the geography his "plan" would affect.In reality, his plan is never going to happen, no more than my "retaliation" is. But then, the snakehead may prevail regardless of anyones wishes. And that would be sad.

Can we simply appreciate the fact that this is a way to illustrate the absurdity of the endangered species act? Does anyone think that regulators would actually let this guy succeed in something that would kill their whole environmental scheme. They will find a way to achieve the result they want, but this guy will have made his proetst point and educated many people.

It took using the Special Persecutor stuff against a Democrat to convince Democrats that this law could be used for something other than harassing Republicans, and that it was therefore inherently flawed.
