My hometown of Beaumont is the bluest of the blue, as far as I can tell (haven't lived there since the 50's). It is such a huge union town, though--unless things have changed.

They're still Democrats, but pretty conservative on the issues. And will crossover for a good candidate.

And speaking of blue on blue; Travis Co? LOL.

(I lived in Lago Vista until two years ago)

Man, you got that right! Travis County politics suck!

I think I'm in the only conservative area of the county--Lakeway. The lure of Lake Travis brought us here.
