The scary truth is that you are fairly right - women have a lot more imagination and range of emotion than men.

Once a woman begins to feel sexual attraction and later a romantic bond with a man, an unusual thing happens: he actually becomes more handsome to her! Odd idiosyncrasies that might alienate women who barely know him become charming, cute, adorable, etc.
