Oh, I bet we can! Besides, Is it the amount that is unethical or the act? If its it amount, show me were the limit is on file. If its the act, then it needs to be applied across the board because to do otherwise is to say its ok to be unethical to the tune of $300,000.00, but $400,000.00 is just over the line. Can it get any sillier?
Excuse me. I seemed to have missed your examples of others who have done so.
There is a big difference between padding your expense account by a dollar or two versus a few hundred dollars. Yes both are unethical but one is accepted by other House members and the other is blatantly wrong.
