He WAS the most handsome, after his dad was killed. Pratchnow was the best. I do like tall, dark, handsome and heroic. (I saw Kyle McDonough on "Law and Order" not too long ago. He aged pretty well. Jeez, time passes so fast!)) All the good ones, his best friend, for example, were killed off. The doctor was a traitor (His wife was kidnapped, so he had an excuse.)
The Bene Gesseret were on their own arrogant agenda. The Harkonen family was awful. The Mentats were geeks. The Fremen lived on the gawdawful Dune and were, by living there, spice addicts.
I didn't find anyONE there I'd like to hang out with, unless Paul had some handsome, nice sons or grandsons. The House Atriedes was probably the best bet for hanging out with.
