I doubt it's that advanced, otherwise, what's going on in Arizona? But this might not have anything to do with illegals. Wouldn't surprise me either way. The idea that the GG Bridge toll worker would have advance knowledge is not farfetched, though. How many cars pass through? Can they keep up?

The suspect and toll worker were both taken to San Francisco General Hospital. The toll collector's injury was serious, but she was reported to be in stable condition, according to Currie.
"We're very concerned about her," said Currie.
Currie did not know what circumstances led to the shooting. "The toll collector is a long-term employee. Just the nicest gal, who would not pick a fight with anyone," said Currie. Well. As long as they're concerned about her.
