.

We heard news reports during the Kiling of our Little TERRI that friend of MICHAEL Judge GREER had sealed all the court documents in this case.

This week's news reports stated that Judge GREER was forcing Florida's family services dept to turn over its TERRI SCHIAVO Case files to him this week that may hold MICHAEL's past abuse of TERRI. With the Judge rulling to seal them or not while in his possession to come yesterday.

Is this what you are referring to when you say Judge GREER had already ruled on this?

I fail to see how Greer would have any further jurisdiction over the Schiavo medical records, nor do I see how he ever had jurisdiction over the Florida family services records.

Okay .. "turning over files" - I didn't hear that - I only heard Greer had ordered the files sealed.

Well .. if I worked at DCF - I would LOSE the files [Hillary got away with losing stuff for 2 years - surely that would be enough time to impeach Greer] - I might LOSE my job but the way they run things .. I don't think losing that job would be such a bad idea.

How the heck can we stop this guy from taking those files from DCF - or had he already done it ..??
