Hmmm, perhaps you can explain why congress has been able to blackmail so many states into adopting federal "suggestions" as state laws?

Age of consent, DUI threshold, Speed limits, etc.?

The do this by threatening to withhold funds from the states unless they adopt the "suggestion" by a set date, usually starting with federal highway funds.

Either this is legal, or the current administration is guilty of some of the same crimes Klintoon was fond of.
Legal or not this blackmail and it's destruction of states rights has always disgusted me, no matter who was doing it.

Since it remains common practice, I would at least like to see it used to reduce the alien invasion.
