In what way and in what proportion does it apply to individual state totals? When I saw who was a monthly contributor from our state I was surprised that Chile, South Korea, and Canada were ahead of us in the running. So are the annual contributions divided by four, to apply to quarterly Freepathons. Just curious. Gotta stay ahead of Canada, Korea, and Chile.
