We got our 3 year old a BB gun for Christmas. He also goes with daddy when he shoots trap, sights in his rifle and they have gone squirrell hunting together. My son already knows that he is not to touch any guns because they are dangerous and he is too small. He knows not to touch his BB gun unless daddy is with him.
He hasn't shot his eye out yet either.

My neighbor is a gun maker. He regularly brings his 4 month old grand-son into the shop. He wants him to develop a love and respect at an early age.
