She is explicitly referenced in Numbers 12 - the woman Moses married, the Kushite (Ethiopian).

That was just for the movie.
Moses could marry a Black woman in 1956 B.C. but not in 1956 A.D.
Same thing with Solomon and the Queen of Sheba.
