Actually, dead, I read that the nails in Jewell's basement were made from metal or a metal-related substance - which is precisely the material that the nails in the bomb were made from.

What would be this guy's point in bombing the Olympics if he is a religious anti abortion extremist? Doesn't make sense.
To: Jim_Curtis
sorry, I don't read minds! LOL
You'd have to ask him what his "point" was...
I'm just glad that he's locked up!

I'd have to see evidence that he did the Olympic bombing. I suspect they cut a deal because they don't have any evidence for that one and they can't just try him for one because they would appear guilty of screwing up the other.
If he bombed an abortion clinic to take revenge against those who take innocent lives ( from his perspective ), it is impossible to see a motive for killing innocent people at the Olympics.
Ed Bradley won't be interviewing this guy from his jail cell.

Rudolph should spend his life in prison- he and his ilk do untold damage to the pro-life movement. *************
I agree. He's a murderer and a terrorist, and deserves life in prison. His "association" with the pro-life movement does nothing to advance it's cause.
I hope that some day he realizes what he has done.
I also hope that some day those who believe that abortion is not murder realize that they are tragically wrong, but what is really needed is a judicial remedy.
